Refund / Cancellation Policy -

1-PAYMENTS

1.1. All payable fees to ReasonerX are presented to you within the Site and/or sent to you via email. The prices shown on the website or via email are expressed in the currency stated at the time of the purchase and include taxes which are always applicable and by territory unless clearly stated otherwise.

1.2. The fees are directly payable by credit card or within ten days following the date of the ReasonerX invoice. The purchased service (credits or premium membership subscriptions) will not take full effect until the payment of the invoice is received by ReasonerX. Invoices are sent based on the price valid at the time of the order or the price agreed between the parties. ReasonerX reserves the right to modify its pricing policy while the relationship is ongoing.

1.3. ReasonerX does not have access to bank information related to the means of payment and does not know or keep data during the payment transaction.

ReasonerX has no obligation to refund any amounts in any circumstances, unless otherwise stated in these “Terms of Use” or agreed in writing with the Company.

1.4. In case of wrong services delivered to you, refund can be claimed within 15 days from the date of invoice was generated.

1.5. Refund will be processed within 7 days from the date of claim.

1.6. Pro Tips – The user understands that:

• Services once subscribed can only be activated post the subscriber having uploaded his/her updated profile.

• The industry expert who conducts the live counselling session can only do so once, service has been activated and the resume of the user/subscriber has been shared by the user/subscriber.

• The user understands that this is a time-based product to be utilized within a specified period of time. Once subscribed therefore Pro Tips product must be activated and utilized by him/her within a reasonable period of time of the same being subscribed.

• The payment for service once subscribed to/by the subscriber is not refundable and any amount paid shall stand appropriated.

2-INVOICING

Users have the right to request the invoice by sending a written communication to ReasonerX at info@reasonerx.com.

3-ONLINE PURCHASES

ReasonerX reserves the right to reject any online purchase order submitted by the User in case of reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or criminal activity concerning the use of ReasonerX’s products and services.

4-RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

You will not be able to exercise your withdrawal right if the performance of the purchased services has begun (e.g., if you purchase a Job Posting and ReasonerX activates the service), upon consent and acknowledgment that you thereby lose your withdrawal right.

5-CANCELLATION POLICY

5.1 For students or professionals who book one-on-one session with the industry expert – Should you have to cancel your booked session with the Industry Expert, a notification should be sent to info@reasonerx.com.

5.2 Please make sure that you state: cancellation, industry expert session, date, and your full name in the subject line of your mail. Example: Cancellation, Industry Expert Session 01SEP2022, RAHUL SINGH

Conditions for Cancellation:

• A refund of 100% will be given for cancellation received 10 days prior to the start of the industry expert session.

• A refund of 75% will be given for cancellation received 7 days prior to the start of the industry expert session.

• A refund of 50% will be given for cancellation received 3 days prior to the start of the industry expert session.

• No refund will be issued for cancellation received within 3 days prior to the start of the industry expert session or failure to attend the session.

5.3 For Employers, who purchase CV packages or Job Packages – Should you have to cancel your purchased package, a notification should be sent to info@reasonerx.com.

5.4 Please make sure that you state: cancellation, type of package, and your full name in the subject line of your mail. Example: Cancellation, Job Package Classic, RAHUL SINGH

Conditions for Cancellation:

• A refund of 75% will be given for cancellation received 7 days prior to availing any of the services included in the purchased package.

• A refund of 50% will be given for cancellation received 3 days prior to availing any of the services included in the purchased package.

• No refund will be issued for cancellation within 3 days prior to availing any of the services included in the purchased package and if services included in the purchased package are already started or being availed or used by the employer.
